Any refunds following the paypal payment will be issued net of collection costs, as PayPal with its new rules on transactions no longer reimburses the costs of the same.

By checking, placing and paying for an order, you agree to the following conditions:
Return of goods is possible only in one single case – if the Online Store was mistaken during the check and it is not suitable for your car.
The store is not responsible for the quality of map data coverage and or options that may or may not work in certain regions.
Same applies for card payments.
In other cases:
1. if you made a mistake when entering the VIN number;
We do not refund or send a new activation code if you made a mistake in the VIN number. The reason is simple – we redeem your order from our supplier and the supplier will not refund us. To get a new activation code, we must pay our supplier again. We are not ready to work at a loss.
2. if you made an order yourself and the product is not suitable for your head unit;
3. if it turns out that you do not have the necessary equipment.
For example – it can be any dealer equipment or a regular laptop or Windows PC.
Attention! Only Windows is used to update cars! When using macOS, you will have guaranteed problems with updating your car;
4. if the firmware version of your car is so old that the update does not work;
5. if you do not know how to change the region or you cannot change the region;
6. if you lack basic knowledge of working with a computer;
7. if it turns out that you do not have time to use the goods received;
8. if you made an order and do not understand why you need this product and how to use it.
9. Cars imported from Japan and Korea may not be updated for other regions in some cases!
When placing an order for such a car, you assume these risks in full.
If the update fails, we will not refund your money.
In all these cases, return of goods is not possible!
If you do not agree with these conditions, it is strictly forbidden for you to place and pay for the order.
